PURPOSE: To easily clean a cooking means by readily removing the door device of a cooking means such as an oven toaster and safely and readily removing its door glass.
CONSTITUTION: Clearances for inserting a door glass 8 are formed in the upper side and the lower side of the window hole of a door frame 7. An operating device 12 comprising a glass support plate 13, a movable plate 14 and a fixed plate 15 is fitted below the clearance in the lower side. A door device 2 is attached to a main body 1 so as to be openable relative to the main body 1 by means of respective pivot pins 25 and 31 formed on the movable plate 14 and the fixed plate 15. Then, when the glass support plate 13 is biased upward by leaf springs 29 inserted between the movable plate 14 and the glass support plate 13 and the movable plate 14 is slid while an operating thumb integral with the movable plate 14 is held, the movable plate 14 is disengaged from the glass support plate 13 and its pivot pin 31 is disengaged from the main body 1. Then, when the door glass 8 is pressed downward, the door glass moves downward together with the glass support plate 13 and the door glass 8 can be removed from the window frame.
