To provide a lightweight door device which maintains the rigidity of a panel and permits upsizing, even with a ladder incorporated into a door panel body.
The ladder body 20 is integrated with the door panel body 19. The door panel body 19 includes an outside plate 21 which is provided with an opening for mounting the ladder body with a plurality of steps, and an inside plate in which an opening for mounting the ladder body with the plurality of steps is provided between a plurality of steps of cross beam-like reinforcing protrusions and an outer frame-like reinforcing protrusion formed in such a shape as to swell in the direction of separation from the outside plate 21. The ladder body 20 includes a vertically-arranged handrail portion 84, a plurality of steps of mounting plate portions 85 which are provided on the handrail portion 84 and fixed to the outside plate 21 and the inside plate, and a plurality of steps of foothold recesses 86 which are integrally formed in a recessed shape in a view from outside in the mounting plates 85 and which are fitted into the ladder body mounting openings of the outside plate 21 and the inside plate.
