To provide an inexpensive blinker mechanism of high visibility by solving a problem wherein a dead angle from a third party outside an automobile is easily generated in a blinker by a known technology.

A door handle unit with a blinker mechanism is constituted by providing the blinker mechanism having light emitters (4) on a door handle (2) or a door handle base (1). The blinker is operated thereby at a high position on the side surface of an automobile and a position closer to an intermediate point between a front blinker and a rear blinker, and the visibility from a third party is considerably enhanced.
