In the door mirror on the front passenger seat side, a view limiting film is deposited on a surface of a transparent substrate of a mirror plate. The view limiting angle of the view limiting film is the angle in the range including a head of an occupant on the front passenger seat side and not including a head of a driver from the center axis of the mirror surface in the mirror plate. Thus, the driver can use the door mirror as a normal one. For the occupant on the front passenger seat side, there is no projection of the light of an occupant himself or the light of a head lamp of a vehicle, and any stress caused by the projection of these can be eliminated.
