Abstract:
To provide a double-glazed unit which simultaneously satisfies a plurality of functions.
A hydrophilic stain-resisting treated film is formed on an exterior surface of an outside glass plate and a volatile organic compound decomposing film is formed on an interior surface of an inside glass plate. The volatile organic compound decomposing film is constituted by forming a titanium oxide (TiO2) surface layer on a silicon oxide (SiO2) bed film or by forming the titanium oxide (TiO2) surface layer on the silicon oxide (SiO2) bed film via niobium oxide (Nb2O5).
