PURPOSE: To improve wear resistance, high temperature oil resistance by using a double-layer tubular molded form in which an inner layer is formed of resin composition in which a specific amount of polycarbodiimide is mixed with monomer having a specific structure and polyester copolymer and an outer layer is formed of urethane resin.
CONSTITUTION: 20-70wt.% of polyester containing aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, dihydroxy compound, monohydroxy compound, etc., as ingredients, and 80-30wt.% of aromatic polyester containing diol component which contains butylene or ethylene glycol as main ingredient are melted and kneaded. An inner layer is formed of polyester copolymer composition in which 0.3-5.0 pts.wt. of polycarbodiimide is mixed with 100 pts.wt. of the obtained copolymer. At least one type selected from a group consisting of polyadipate, polylactone, etc., is used as a soft segment introducing compound, and an outer layer is formed of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer containing the compound, thereby obtaining a plurality-layer tubular molded form.
