To solve such a problem that a commercial method to easily express minute patterns is looked for as a method of drawing patterns on a surface of solid food, although there are formerly a print method and a molding method by mold but with problems that both methods require to prepare a mold and a block copy or are unavoidable to use edible ink, and although there is a method for adhering the powder which partially or wholly melts with heat on the solid food or adhering the powder using a certain paste material etc.
A delicate pattern can be drawn on a surface of solid food, without using any paste material, nor performing a heating work etc. for fixing by performing laser irradiation so that a specific pattern may be drawn on a surface of the solid food, making an adhesive material ooze only to a part of an irradiation part, sprinkling edible powder so as to cover the irradiation part to make the powder adhered only to the irradiation part, and removing the powder of the other part.
