PURPOSE: To prevent an excessive delay of a drawing release sequence by setting a drawing release reservation time limit at every group of a queuing pointer or at every drawing release indicating information record, in a drawing release managing device.

CONSTITUTION: In a drawing release managing device which stores a drawing release data in a drawing release indicating information table 41 from an external storage device 30, searches successively the drawing release indicating information table 41 and a queuing pointer train 42, and outputs drawing release information which can utilize a width of a recording form to the maximum, a reservation time limit store area 46, a timer 47 which can be reset, a time adding and zero clear part 48, and a comparator 48 are provided, and they are controlled so that the drawing release sequence is not delayed longer than desired.
