PURPOSE: To easily correspond with change of patterns of a machine score by controlling relative positional relations between a punch and a printed board while moving a drilling device in the X and Y directions by a set amount each on a datum level by control of an XY control means.

CONSTITUTION: Feeding mechanisms 50a, 50b supporting at least one of a holding means 30 and a punching machine 10 free to move in the X direction and in the Y direction orthogonal with the X direction on a datum level (c) as a standard and a control part to carry out motion control of these feeding mechanisms 50a, 50b are provided. This control part has an XY control means to move a punch 11 continuously punching along a machine score of a printed board (a) by way of controlling relative positional relations between the punch 11 and the printed board (a) while moving at least one of the punching machine 10 and the holding means 30 by a set amount each in the X direction or in the Y direction.
