PURPOSE: To secure the working precision in drilling orifices and obviate the need of exfoliating a base paper from an adhesive layer by forming the basic member at the part of a tape layer onto which orifices are drilled so that the basic member evades this part and drilling orifices at this part.
CONSTITUTION: An orifice body consists of a tape layer 5, water repellent layer 6 on the surface of the tape layer 5, adhesive layer 7 on the undersurface of the tape layer 5, and a basic member (base paper) 8 under the adhesive layer 7. An opened port part 11 is working-formed beforehand on the basic member 8, and the punch 12 and die 14 of a fine hole working device act for the opened port part 11. Therefore, drilling work is applied onto the tape layer 5, adhesive layer 7, and the water repellent layer 6, and a desired orifice can be formed.
