Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the approach and control of an agitating blade at a location which is most suitable to each cup without remarkably increasing cost by elevating and lowering the agitating blade with a DC motor and performing the number of revolution control of this DC motor with an encoder.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of the sales of a drink, the ejection signal of a cup and the signal showing the size of a cup 2 are transmitted to a pulse counter. When drinking water and material are supplied to the cup 2 and the cup 2 is delivered to the stage in the lower part of an agitating blade 3, a DC motor 6 is operated, a pinion 9 is rotated, a movable plate 11 lowers by the engagement with a rack 10 and the agitating blade 3 advancer within the cup 2. When the number of pulse transmitted from an encoder 7 by the rotation of a DC motor 6 reaches a set number, the pulse counter is actuated, a switch is turned off and the DC motor 6 is stopped. At this time, the agitating blade 3 is located at the approaching location which is most suitable to the cup 2 and an elevating/lowering mechanism 5 is held at this most suitable location by a self-lock.
