Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise generated from a drive circuit of a half bridge circuit.SOLUTION: A driving voltage transmission circuit 20 for transmitting a voltage for turning on and off a first switch Q2 and a second switch Q3 connected in series with the first switch Q2 comprises: a first drive circuit for turning on and off Q2; a second drive circuit for turning on and off Q3; a control circuit 34 for sending a signal to the first and second drive circuits; and a capacitor. The power supply of the first and second drive circuits are in common with the power supply of the control circuit. The high voltage side of the capacitor is connected to the power supply and the first drive circuit, and the low voltage side is connected between Q2 and Q3. When Q3 is in an on state, the capacitor is charged with electric power from the high voltage side. When Q3 is in an off state, Q2 is turned on and off by discharging the charge power. The driving voltage transmission circuit connects a resistor or an inductor in series with the capacitor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
