This drive transmission device comprises a photoreceptor driving shaft 307 to be rotationally driven while receiving driving force, a driving side joint 308 arranged on the photoreceptor driving shaft 307, a locking member 320 provided perpendicular to the photoreceptor driving shaft 307 for restricting the position of the driving side joint 308 in the thrusting direction, and a screw 321 for fixing the driving side joint 308 to the photoreceptor driving shaft 307 while pressing it in the longitudinal direction. Herein, the driving side joint 308 is held between the locking member 320 and the screw 321 in the pressed condition, and the rotation of the photoreceptor driving shaft 307 is transmitted to the driving side joint 308. The locking member 320 is formed to be integrated with the photoreceptor driving shaft 307 part of which has a greater shaft diameter. The driving side joint 308 and the locking member 320 are integrally rotated with their abutting portion deformed.
