This drive wheel comprises the tire, an interlocking wheel installed on the inside of the tire, a drive device installed at the inner edge of the interlocking wheel and movably depressed by a user to an inner lower side, and an inside wheel having circulating devices at the right and left upper sides. The inside wheel is operated so as to be opposed to the center of the interlocking wheel by the circulating device. The connection surface of the drive device is meshed with the lower inside of the interlocking wheel.
