To realize energy-saving properties and a low cost in regard to a driving apparatus which drives a fluid control valve of an air conditioner, such as a passage selector valve.
Bifilar wound electromagnetic coils 111 and 112 are used as electromagnetic coils for rotating a main valve disk in the passage selector valve of the air conditioner. Switching transistors 406a and 406b are provided between the coils 111 and 112 and a supply power 10. N-channel MOS-FETs are used as the switching transistors 406a and 406b. A gate voltage of the switching transistors 406a and 406b is controlled by a control part C1 and a signal conversion part 70. A negative-pole-side line BL- of the supply power 10 and 0 V of the control part C1 are connected and thereby an electrical insulation means is dispensed with in the signal conversion part 70.
