To provide a driving device capable of enhancing the stopping accuracy of a carrying truck, smoothing the connection of a driving shaft with a driving roller and a driven roller, and of enhancing workability.

An opposite second arm member 23 and a first arm member 24 are so provided as to be freely rotated for a base disc 21 disposed along the rail R of a carrying truck. A driving roller 7 connected with a driving motor 6 with a brake, is so mounted as to be freely rotated to the tip end part side of the first arm member 24. The driving shaft P1 of the carrying truck is held between a driven roller 13 and the driving roller 7 so as to be run by the driving roller 7. A spring 29 for preventing the rollers 7 and 13 from being flipped to the base end part sides of the first and second arm members 24 and 23, is interposed to the base end part sides of the first and second arm members 23 and 24. A stopper member 31 for adjusting a space between the driving roller 7 and the driven roller 13, is provided at the appropriate position of the first and second arm members 24 and 23.
