PURPOSE: To reduce the process for molding and assembling a profile memory alloy by providing a predetermined temperature setting means setting deformed portions of both ends of the profile memory alloy at a preset temperature properly by heating, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A profile memory alloy 21 is formed in a U-shape, thus forming deformed portions 22, 23 memorizig a profile to become a close spring when both ends of this U-shape are set at a predetermined temperature by heating. AC power supplies 24, 25 are connected to individual deformed portions 22, 23 through switches 26, 27, and tip portions 28, 29 of individual deformed portions 22, 23 are fixed to an installed body 30. In addition, both ends 35, 36 of an insulating plate 34 are fixed to other ends 31, 32 of the deformed portions 22, 23 with fixing tools 37, 38, and a rotary shaft 39 performing reciprocating movement is fitted to the center point of the insulating plate 34.
