Abstract:
To provide a driving evaluation technique capable of accurately grasping a risk of driving and enhancing the effect of promoting safe driving compared to the conventional art.SOLUTION: An information center 200 acquires drive state information representing a drive state of a vehicle from an on-vehicle terminal 100. The information center 200 stores electronic map information for expressing a road network on a map by combination of a node set at a road node point and a link representing a road segment between respective nodes. The information center 200 measures drive behavior of the vehicle for each link based on the acquired drive state information and electronic map information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
