A driving force controller for a vehicle includes an increase correction amount calculating means (S103) of calculating an increase correction amount for correcting driving force to an increase side when a predetermined first travel environment is detected on the basis of the travel environment information, a decrease correction amount calculating means (S104) of calculating a decrease correction amount for correcting the driving force to a decrease side when a predetermined second travel environment is detected on the basis of the travel environment information, and a setting means of setting a correction amount for the driving force on the basis of the increase correction amount and decrease correction amount, wherein the setting means sets the correction amount for the driving force while the decrease correction amount is given priority over the increase correction amount (S106).
