PURPOSE: To contrive best possible utilization of an effective reference region and an enveloping space by a method wherein a passenger cell, a car body part, a joint part, and a driver's seat are respectively made same as respective modules, and can be exchanged independently in the arrangement and driving body.
CONSTITUTION: This embodiment is constituted by a car body module 1 having the same structure; a passenger module 3 having the same structure and connected via a joint module 2 having the same structure; and the car body module 1 for carrying a bead module 4 at an end part of a drop-frame urban track transit body. These all car body modules 1 are made same in any one of a structure, internal fixtures, and a mechanical, electric, and air pressure mechanism. A bogey vehicle or a motortruck 5 is disposed, and a collector 6 can be altered so as to be selectively arranged.
