Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3029785
Kind Code:

PURPOSE: To easily attach/remove a lower part blocking plate by means of work from the outside of a rolling stock by providing an engaging body, which can be attached/removed to/from the inside from the outside of a railway rolling stock, and a pressing body, which presses the engaging body so as to insert it into the inside of the rolling stock, in a position which can be engaged with the lower part blocking plate mounted on a lower part blocking plate receiver.
CONSTITUTION: A main body 20, in which opposed two sides of a lower part blocking plate are bent and a U-shaped cross section is provided, is brought into contact with the lower face in a lower part blocking plate receiver 3. A pin base 22 is arranged so as to be stored inside the U-shape, and in the pin base 22, a cylindrical pin 21 is projected, while a coil spring 23 is arranged in a connecting shaft 24 connecting the main body 20 and the pin base 22 together so as to press the pin 21 in the vertical direction. A hole 28 is arranged in the blocking plate receiver 3 and the main body 20, so that the pin 21 can be inserted into the inside of a rolling stock vertically.
