Abstract:
To improve the usability of a medicine injection system.SOLUTION: A medicine injection device 2 comprises: a housing 3 for storing a medicine cartridge adapter 1; a drive mechanism for supplying drive force to the medicine cartridge adapter 1; and a first skin contact face 29 provided on a front end of the housing 3. The medicine cartridge adapter 1 comprises: a body case 9 for storing the medicine cartridge 10; a piston 12 provided to be slidable to the medicine cartridge 10; an injection needle attachment part 7 provided on a front end of the body case 9; and a cover 6 rotatably provided on the body case 9 and covering a front side of the injection needle attachment part 7. In a state in which a front side of the injection needle attachment part 7 is exposed by rotation of the cover 6, a front side end face of the cover 6 serves as a second skin contact face 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
