To provide an inexpensive removing apparatus of mud and dust at a wheelchair which is installed at the doorway of a dwelling without taking space and which can be used by a physically handicapped person moving onto a base board without getting out the wheelchair and without requiring a carer.

The apparatus consists of the base board 4 where motor-driven driving rolls 8 and following rolls 9 which mount the wheelchair 1 on opening parts 12 formed in the center and rotatably support it and brushes 7 provided between them. The rotation of the driving rolls 8 rotates the wheels 2 of the wheelchair 1 to be rubbed by the brushes 7. Thus, the dry removing apparatus removes the mud and dust stuck to the wheels 2.
