PURPOSE: To perform the rough polishing and the middle polishing of a work by using the dry media, which is composed of vegetable fiber as a substitute for water and compound, fat and oil lubricant, or furthermore, in which fine powder grinding material is added.

CONSTITUTION: A work and the dry type medium composed of a mixture of plastic polish stone, inorganic polish stone, vegetable fiber, and fat and oil lubricant are charged in a polishing tank, and the relative movement is generated between the dry type medium and the work to polish the work. In this case, the mixture ratio of the polish stone and the vegetable fiber is set at 1:3-9:1 (capacity).
