SOLUTION: In this device, a duct 13 is connected between a side nozzle 8 for jetting the air S for drying to a vehicle and a fan device 10 for supplying the air S for drying to this side nozzle 8 and an air flowing passage 14 is formed in the duct 13 and the enlarged passage 20 enlarged the sectional area of the passage is formed in the cave room 15 provided on the way of the duct 13 and a sound absorbent 21 is installed inside the cave room 15.
