PURPOSE: To make it possible to form an integral type turbine disk which has no defects in a joint region by metallurgically joining first and second parts varying in compsn.
CONSTITUTION: The dual type turbine disk made of an alloy as an integral type product is formed by metallurigically joining the rim of a first part and a hub of a second part in the joint region. The alloy compsn. of the rim is composed of, for example, about 10.7 to 19.2% Co, 10.8 to 14.0% Cr, 3.3 to 5.8% Mo, 1.9 to 4.7% Al, 3.3 to 5.6% Ti, 0.9 to 2.7% Nb, 0 to 0.32% Hf, 0.005 to 0.042% B, 0 to 0.062% C, 0 to 0.062% Zr and the balance Ni. The compsn. of the hub is composed of, for example, about 11.8 to 18.2% Co, 13.8 to 17.2% Cr, 4.3 to 6.2% Mo, 1.4 to 3.2% Al, 3.0 to 5.4% Ti, 0.9 to 3.2% Nb, 0.005 to 0.040% B, 0.010 to 0.090% C, 0.010 to 0.090% Zr and, in some cases, suitable ratios of W and Hf, Ta and the balance Ni.
