Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a durability testing device for coating film that is comparatively compact and in which the drift velocity of water such as sea water, etc., can be freely set and continuous testing can be also carried out for a long period.
CONSTITUTION: The title device is provided with a water tank body 1 having a sectional U-shape in which a specified qauntity of sea water is included and a rotary agitating means 2 for sea water that is installed in the central part of the body 1. One or at least two members for holding a test piece are provided on the inner wall face of the body 1 in freely attachably and detachably in order to freely hold a test piece coated with a paint.
