Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce mesh-clogging of a filter, use it with high efficiency without frequently replacing the filter over a long period of time, and protect exhaust air from dusty smelling by arranging a disposable almost conical paper filter installed so as to cover the outside of a filter support basket body. CONSTITUTION: A disposable almost conical paper filter 7 is installed on an outside surface of a filter support basket body 6 so as to cover this. When an air intake exhaust device 5 is actuated at use time, air introduced from an air suction port 2 is directionally changed by a guide plate 3, and dust in the air is gathered along an inner wall surface of a dust collecting vessel by centrifugal force by the cyclone action. Even if comparatively large dust sticks to a surface of the paper filter 7, since the filter support basket body 6 and the paper filter 7 are formed in an inverse conical shape, the dust falls on a bottom part of the dust collecting vessel, and does not become a hindrance when they are used next time. Therefore, mesh-clogging of the paper filter 7 is reduced, and exhaust air is not stunk with a dusty smell, and a replacing frequency of the paper filter is also reduced.
