A dust accommodating device 60a is provided in a dust collecting vehicle 60, and a dump-cylinder 65 for dumping a dust accommodating box 63, a push-plate operating cylinder 70 for allowing the push-plate to perform dust-pushing operation for pushing dust into the dust accommodating box 63, and a hydraulic motor 71, are provided at the dust accommodating device 60a. These cylinders 65, 70 and the motor 71 are connected to a variable displacement pump through a discharge pipe. The variable displacement pump is provided with a swash plate, and the discharge quantity of hydraulic fluid discharged from the variable displacement pump is adjusted in conformity to the tilt angle of the swash plate. The tilt angle of the swash plate is adjusted by an adjusting cylinder. When the tilt angle of the swash plate reaches a maximum tilt angle in conformity with the adjusting cylinder, the tilt angle of the swash plate is reduced by return moment acting on the swash plate even when discharge pressure of hydraulic fluid is raised thereafter.
