A cutting part cover 6 comprises a rectangular top plate having an opening part 7 able to protrude and retract a cutting dill 14 and both side plates suspension successively connected from a pair of both side surfaces of this top plate. One end in a lengthwise direction of the cutting part cover 6 is formed as an opening part 10, to the other end in the lengthwise direction of the cutting part cover 6, a suction duct 12 is connected, and further, the suction duct 12 and a dust collector are successively connected to be arranged. In the opening part 10 of the cutting part cover 6, a metal net or a lattice- shaped fence is provided, in a cutting work part in the cutting part cover 6, an injection nozzle 19 feeding compressed air from the outside is provided. In this way, dust adhering to a card base material surface and a cutter can be surely removed.
