Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a dust control mat which has excellent water absorptivity, can keep the natural function of a mat, and has sufficient durability.
CONSTITUTION: This dust control mat is formed of a carpet part formed by planting a pile 4 excellent in elasticity and a pile 5 excellent in water absorptivity on a base cloth 6 excellent in water absorptivity, and a lining material 3 fixed to the carpet part. The pile 4 excellent in elasticity is a synthetic fiber manufactured by stranding several ten pieces of thick single yarns of 50-100 deniers, and stranding 2-3 pieces of the resulting stranded yarns, the piece 5 excellent in water absorptivity is a synthetic or natural fiber manufactured by stranding several hundred pieces of slender single yarns of 2-4 deniers, and neatly arranging 6-10 pieces of the resulting stranded yarns, the base cloth 6 is a woven fabric or nonwoven fabric formed from a synthetic fiber or natural fiber, or the composed fiber of the synthetic fiber and natural fiber, and the lining material 3 is formed from NBR.
