Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a dust discharge section in a thresher designed to effectively prevent waste straw from lapping on both the support shaft and bearing of a transverse fan axially supported on a thresher.
CONSTITUTION: At least one end 8b of a fin 8 on a transverse flow fan 7 is projected out of the opening of a side plate 11, and, of the rotary discs 9 of the fan 7, that situated at the end is set up in proximity to the side plate 11 in such a mode as to close the opening, and a cover 12 with a straw discharge port 16 is formed so as to cover the fin end 8b projected from the opening.
