Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize labor saving and to reduce burdens of workers by mechanization for dust disposal in car washing.
CONSTITUTION: A draining chamber 2 is set at a lower position than a floor face of a car washing station, and a draining vessel 3 to recover dust is set in this draining chamber 2. A drainage part 5 which flows down and guides car wash drainage containing dust to the drainage vessel 3, is provided between the floor face and the drainage vessel 3. Moreover, a throwing place 1 to load the recovered dust to a dust collecting car A is provided at a part of the car washing station adjacent to an upper space of a draining chamber 3, and a car stop for the dust collecting car A to stop at the fixed position is provided on that floor face. In addition to this, an elevation inversing equipment 4, which transfers the drainage vessel 3 from the draining chamber 2 to the throwing place 1, and throws the dust in the vessel 3 into a throwing opening of the dust collecting car A by inversing operation for the drainage vessel 3, is provided between the draining chamber 2 and the throwing place 1.
