Abstract:
To provide a duty management system, a device and a method for preventing influences from being exerted upon a business activity by generating and spreading an infection disease in a business facility.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a duty management system for managing a duty situation of an employee. The Duty management system comprises: employee terminal detection means for acquiring, from an employee terminal owned by the employee, employee identification information identifying the employee, employee location identification information identifying a location of the employee and time information identifying a time in which the location of the employee is identified; inter-employee contact identification means for identifying any stay place in a business facility where one employee stays and a stay time in which the employee stays at the stay place on the basis of the employee identification information, the employee location identification information and the time information acquired by the employee terminal detection means and for identifying the other employee staying at the stay place at in a time zone in which the one employ stays at the stay place, as the other employee in contact with the one employee; and determination means for determining a degree of the contact with the one employee regarding the identified other employee in contact with the one employee.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
