Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DVD player storing a plurality of read and reproduced disks in a tray on one side, eliminating the need for passing a disk from one hand to the other when replacing the disk, and performing easy replacement work.
SOLUTION: In the player main body 1, storage parts 4, 5 for taking in and out two trays 2, 3, respectively, are arranged sideways adjacent to each other in two places, and opening parts 1a, 1b for taking in and out the trays 2, 3 and setting disks D thereon are arranged in two places. An open and close lid 6 is arranged on the upper side of the storage part 4 in which the tray 2 on other side is held, and a chucking mechanism 7 for chucking the disk D set on the tray 3 on the one side is incorporated into the player main body 1. A left and right movable transfer mechanism 8 for chucking the read and reproduced disk D set on the tray 3 on the one side by the chucking mechanism 7 and transferring it onto the tray 2 on the other side by the chucking mechanism 7 is provided, so that a plurality of disks D are stored in the tray 2 on the other side by the chucking mechanism 7 and the transfer mechanism 8.
