To provide an adapter card for burn-in device capable of performing burn-in of a high-speed and high-function semiconductor device in a short time.
The adapter card 10 having an oscillation circuit 1a, a waveform shaping circuit 1b, and so forth are made attachable between a signal generator attached to a back board of the burn-in device and a burn-in card. The oscillation circuit 1a generates a plurality of clock signals having the frequencies higher than that input from a connection terminal 4 and different from each other. The clock signal output from the oscillation circuit 1a is selected by a frequency control switch 2 and output from a connector 5. The waveform shaping circuit 1b converts the signal for burn-in input from the connection terminal 4 into a signal for burn-in synchronized with the clock signal. The output from the waveform shaping circuit 1b is output from the connector 5 via a control switch 3 for switching the signal path.
