Abstract:
To provide plural micro-movers adjusted to move in a reverse direction for giving dynamical balance to a MEMS drive type information storage system.
Each pair of plates 41, 42, 43, 44 is correlated to a micro-mover in such a manner that at least one of plates of each pair of plates 41, 42, 43, 44 can move in regard to another plate. A first plate 41a of a first pair of plates 41 is moved in a first direction W by first momentum. A second plat 42a of a second pair of plates 42 is moved in a direction E reverse to the first direction by second momentum roughly equal to the first momentum. Movements of the first plate and the second plate roughly cancel the first momentum and the second momentum out.
