The e-learning system in which the teaching material content is transmitted and received under environment that a teaching material generator terminal 1, a learner terminal 2, a learning administrator terminal 3 and a system operation server 4 are connected together via an information communication network 20 comprises; a problem generation means 6 for displaying a problem generation image to which the problem can be input on the teaching material generator terminal 1, based on demand from the teaching material generator terminal 1; a problem storing means 31 for storing the problem which the teaching material generator inputs by the problem generation image; and a problem distributing means 7 for searching a predetermined problem from the problem storing means 31 and distributing it to the learner terminal 2 on the basis of the request from the learner terminal 2.
