The e-mail receiving status management server comprises: a PC 2 for sending an e-mail; a plurality of mobile phones 3a, 3b, and 3c for receiving the e-mail sent from the PC; and a server 1 for receiving the e-mail sent from the PC 2, adding a unique URL to the e-mail, and sending the e-mail with the URL added, to the plurality of the mobile phones 3 collectively. The server 1 carries out the management of whether the URL in the e-mail received by the mobile phones 3 is clicked, and provides the information on the management status to the PC 2.
