Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily and accurately forming the above-mentioned work groove and a crack induction groove on a manhole sidewall around a sewage pipe pipe end part, by controlling these by a computer, by using a servomotor, in the above-mentioned earthquake-resisting method for imparting earthquake resistance to a connection part between a manhole and a sewage pipe.SOLUTION: In an end mill 19 for forming a work groove 11 around a pipe end part 1a in the sewage pipe pipe end part 1a and the manhole sidewall, an advance-retreat in the pipe axis direction is executed by a linear motion mechanism including a servomotor 25, and driving of the servomotor 25 for advancing-retreating the end mill 19, is controlled by a control device based on various data on the manhole 2 and the sewage pipe 1 such as a diameter and a thickness of the manhole 2 and the sewage pipe 1, eccentricity E and an inclination of the sewage pipe 1 connected to the manhole 2.
