Abstract:

To provide a peptide and a vaccine which can effectively induce a cytotoxic T lymphocyte to an Ebola virus antigen and can be expected to have a therapeutic effect or a preventive effect on Ebola virus infection and diseases caused by the infection.

The vaccine contains: a peptide which can induce a cytotoxic T lymphocyte restricted to HLA-A*0201, having an amino acid sequence represented by a specific sequence and an amino acid length of 9 to 11; or a liposome to which the peptide is bonded, containing a phospholipid having an acryl group with one unsaturated bond and a carbon number of 14 to 24 or a hydrocarbon group with one unsaturated bond and a carbon number of 14 to 24 and a stabilizer for the liposome, wherein the peptide is bonded to the surface of the liposome.
