Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase the strength of a supporting body itself, increase the adhesion strength and improve durability by firmly connecting the elastic supporting body farmed on a reinforcing body such as core metal and a belt body.
CONSTITUTION: An elastic belt 1 is constituted so that core metals 3 each of which extends in the width direction of a body 2 and has each guide projection 6 on both the sides of the center part in the width direction are arranged in the peripheral direction, keeping a prescribed interval, in an endless strip shaped body 2 made of elastic material., and a tensile body which extends in the peripheral direction is embedded, and the driving tooth wheel engagement holes 9 are formed in the peripheral direction, keeping a prescribed interval, at the center part in the width direction of the body 2, and lugs are projectingly installed in the peripheral direction, keeping a certain interval, on the grounded side of the body 2. A cut recessed part 7 is formed in a penetration form in the vertical direction on the opposed surfaces of the guiding projection 6 of each core metal 3, and the cut recessed part 7 is filled with the elastic material connected with the body 2, and an elastic supporting body 8 is formed integrally.
