The elastic pavement material comprises a rubber chip and/or a rubber powder, an aggregate, and a resin binder, wherein the resin binder comprises anatase titanium oxide. The anatase titanium oxide is preferably added to the resin binder in an amount within the range of 0.1-10 mass%. A urethane binder is preferred as the resin binder.
