Abstract:
To provide an elastic wave touch panel provided with a sufficient thickness and facilitating mass-production, and a manufacturing method therefor.
A back plate is mounted to the back surface of a substrate 20 for propagating elastic waves and the laminated body of this elastic wave touch panel 10 is formed. A cavity is formed by an adhesion barrier material 30 on the opposite surfaces of the substrate 20 and the back plate. By injecting the adhesive of a silicon rubber group or the like to the cavity, the substrate 20 and the back plate are fixed.
