PURPOSE: To give light transmissibility to buttons on an operation button integrated case for electric apparatuses, by covering a printed area, together with an annular gap produced between the inside surface of a button moving hole and the circumferential surface of a button, with a light transmissible gap covering member.
CONSTITUTION: Projected from an illumination source formed within a case body 1, illumination light passes through the button supporting portion 6 of a button supporting elastic member 4 and an elastically deforming section 7, and is dispersed at a printed area on the surface of the button 10. The light then passes through a clear cover (gap covering member) 12, and reaches eyes. The clear cover does not have a transmittance of 100%. This makes the clear cover 12 itself obliquely visible, and makes it look as if it were generating fluorescence. The indication section 20 on the top of the button 10, covered with the clear cover 12, is free from rubbing and stripping. Like the button 10 and the clear cover 12, the indication means 20 is clearly visible. Covered with the clear cover 12, the gap S hardly attracts anyone's attention.
