In this fan-out pattern having two fan-out areas, for example, a first fan-out area expands a gap SI between two adjacent conductive wires on the IC side to an intermediate gap SM, and a second fan-out area further expands this intermediate gap SM to a gap SP on the side of a pixel area. When these two fan-out areas are used, a first zigzag expansion is used in a part of the conductive wire between the IC side and the first fan-out area, and a second zigzag expansion is used in a part of the conductive wire between the first fan-out area and the second fan-out area. Generally, a zigzag swath width of the second zigzag expansion part is larger than the swath width of the first zigzag expansion part.
