The valve 9 closes the opening of the water pouring path 8 by a spring 10 to be normally energized in a direction to close the opening part 8 of the water pouring part 8, holds the water circulation path 7 in the opening, opens the water pouring path 8 at the time of sliding the valve and also closes the water circulation path 7.
