Abstract:
To provide an electric power steering control device capable of continuously performing stable steering operation even at on-failure of a switching element.
When a normal circuit or a reverse circuit is in the control state and it is determined that one switching element of the two switching elements included in the circuit is in on-failure, for a period when a rotation instruction direction of a D.C. motor is in the same direction, control processing in which the on-failed switching element is on-controlled, the other switching element performs PWM control and the two switching elements included in the remained circuit are off-controlled is selected and executed.
