This unit comprises an electrolyzer 3, a compressor 5 and a reaction chamber 7. Water is electrolyzed by the electric power to generate hydrogen, and gaseous hydrogen is force fed into a heated aromatic hydrocarbon, such as napthalene, and is stored in the form of fuel for fuel batteries.
