Title:
FAN INTEGRATED TYPE HEAT GENERATING ELEMENT COOLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3102858
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling structure of an element and a cooler capable of enhancing cooling efficiency, of simplifying coupling between a heat generating element and the cooler, and also of contributing to cooling operations.
SOLUTION: This device comprises: a heat sink 2 having a plurality of heat radiating fins 2-1 arranged on the upper face of a heat generating element and arranged excluding at least a fan mounting portion on a base face 2-3; a cover 3 having a suction and exhaust port at a location counter to the fan mounting portion of the heat sink 2 and mounted so as to cover an upper face of the heat sink 2; and a cooling fan unit mounted so as to be buried in the fan mounting portion of the heat sink 2 located under the suction and exhaust port of the cover 3. In this case, this device further comprises a male screw member 13 of an excellent head conductive martial fixed near the center part on an upper face of the heat generating element. A female screw part 12 formed at a location biased from the center part of the heat sink 2 and engaging with the male screw member 13 is formed near the center part.
